This 4 Days Murchison Falls National Park Luxury Safari takes you to explore Uganda wildlife in Murchison Falls National Park. This park is Uganda’s largest conservation sitting along the shores of Lake Albert. The park is bisected through by the Victoria Nile, having the Northern and southern banks. Murchison is famous for the falls of the Nile that roar through the park with large volumes of water passing a small slit of rock. The national park was established in 1952 one of the very first to be gazette. The savannah vegetative cover and riverine forest dotted with Borassus palm is natural habitat to many animal, plant and bird species along the banks is home to the rare shoe bill stock.

Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison national park – Rhino tracking
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Murchison Falls National Park in northern Uganda, stopping over in Nakasongola district to track rhino, Rhino tracking was reintroduced following an earlier extinction of the species due to poachers, the tracking takes 2-4 hours and is done on foot in search of the white Rhin0 after which we will continue to the lodge booked for dinner at

Day 2: Game drives and boat cruise
Early morning game drives towards the northern bank in search of morning risers especially cats, expect to see elephants, Jackson Harte beasts, Uganda Kobs, hippos, warthogs, waterbucks, bush bucks, warthogs, lions, search up trees for leopards, returning to the lodge for lunch, and an afternoon boat ride to the bottom of the falls, enjoying the Nile while viewing more game like hippos, Nile crocodiles, on a lucky day you might spot the shoebill stock.

Day 3: Chimpanzee tracking in Budongo forest – Nature walk
Following a morning breakfast we will cross the Nile to Budongo forest for the day’s activity, a briefing from the park ranger, after which we will hike through the forest in search of the primates, they are popular in Ugandan primate destination having up to 98% human DNA, with the ability to use tools, chimpanzee live in troops of up to 20 members led by a male alpha.
